Ovida’s Temporary Access feature allows meeting hosts to securely grant view-only, time-limited access to our technical support team for troubleshooting. This ensures you get the help you need while keeping full control over your data.
When to use this feature
If you experience a technical issue during a meeting and require Ovida’s support team to investigate, you can grant them temporary access to a specific session. This access is read-only and automatically expires after 7 days.
How to grant temporary access
Mettings page > Settings > Grant temporary access to Ovida technical support > Type Granted > Grant access
