How to comment on a moment?

If you want to leave a comment on the specific moment, here is how to do it.

Updated this week

Key moments shape our conversations, meetings, and sessions. Ovida empowers users to easily and quickly share insights that are directly connected to these moments. This is done through comments in a simple two-step process. There are two ways to do this.

Method 1: Adding a comment on a moment from the transcript

Use the "Moment type" filter to select the moments you'd like to have highlighted in the transcript by ticking the corresponding boxes. Clicking on the ellipsis menu next to a specific moment will open detailed information about that moment, along with a space to add your comments.

Enter your comment and press send. You can edit or delete your comment at any time.

Method 2: Adding a comment from the moment timeline

Use the "Moment type" filter to select the moments you'd like to have highlighted below the share of voice timeline by ticking the corresponding boxes. Clicking on the specific toggle below the video will open detailed information about that moment, along with a space to add your comments.

Enter your comment and press send. You can edit or delete your comment at any time.

Note: Comments must always be connected to a moment. If there is no moment at the point you wish to comment, you will need to create a moment. You can find out how here.
