How to comment on a moment?

If you want to leave a comment on the specific moment, here is how to do it.

Updated over a month ago

Key moments shape our conversations, meetings, and sessions. Ovida empowers users to easily and quickly share insights that are directly connected to these moments. This is done through comments in a simple two-step process. There are two ways to do this.

Method 1: Adding a comment on a moment from the transcript

Step 1. Create a moment directly from the transcript by clicking on the "+" button next to it. *Remember, in the dropdown menu "Moment type" you must tick the box next to the moments you want to see.

Or, find a moment in the transcript and click on the dots to open it.

*Remember, in the dropdown menu "Moment type" and "More filters" you must choose which moments you want to see.

Step 2: This moment will be displayed in the list of moments under the Moments tab. If you have the moment type "Key moments" filter selected, you'll see a list of all key moments in this tab. To add a comment to a specific moment, click "Comment," enter your text, and then click the "send" icon to save it.

Method 2: Adding a comment from the moment timeline

Step 1: Make sure to filter the moments you would like to see below the share of voice timeline. You can do this by ticking the box next to a specific moment type.

Step 2: Enter your comment and press send. You can edit or delete your comment at any time.

Note: Comments must always be connected to a moment. If there is no moment at the point you wish to comment, you will need to create a moment. You can find out how here.
