Why people use Ovida?

Ovida's users rely on us for a variety of applications, but the core, they are all using our advanced AI-driven tech to improve their skills at having the types of conversations you will join them for. Those improved skills should directly benefit you. Whether it be in the medical, financial, leadership development, coaching or other industry, your host is committed to maximising their communication skills (and you participation helps them be their best self!).

How it works?

We record your your conversation using a proprietary method that helps us achieve maximal accuracy in audio and video recordings. We can't achieve these standards in tools like Zoom and Teams, which is why you'll be using Ovida's bespoke video rooms. We then analyse the communication data, looking for things like pace, tone of voice, cadence, and body language, to help the Host understand how they are communicating, and how they can improve.

How secure is my data?

Exceptionally. We know that we record some sensitive conversations, and we comply with all data and privacy requirements. What's unique to Ovida, is that both the Host and the Guest can view and delete the data, giving you a visibility and control that you would not have had if your call happened on Teams or Zoom. Any time you're not comfortable with your data being on Ovida, simply click a button and we wipe it entirely.
