Key elements of the meeting review page in one place.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Before we can master new skills, we need to understand who we are, see ourselves as others see us, and have an objective view of our performance. The faster we can get to insight, the sooner we can start the learning. Ovida’s unique conversational metrics are objective, non-judgemental, and founded in science, enabling users to generate their own new insights into their behaviour, and empowering expert trainers to give insightful feedback, backed by data.

Once your meeting is processed, it's time to dive into your data. To do this, head over to the Meetings page on the left menu and click "View" next to the meeting you want to review.

Overview of all the elements in the Meeting review page

  1. Meeting video - video contains segments of your meeting that you chose to record. Any parts where you pressed "pause" won't be included, as they weren't analyzed. For guidance on pausing/resuming recording during your meeting, please refer to this article. During the review, you can adjust the playback speed by selecting "".

  2. Transcript - almost 100% accurate diarisation (who talks when). Learn how to download transcript, audio or video files separately here.

  3. Share of voice timeline - a valuable extension of the Share of voice metric. It provides a clear visualization of who spoke and when. The lighter sections represent your client's speaking time, while the darker sections indicate when you were speaking.

  4. Metrics - we are committed to helping every human maximise their social wellbeing by empowering them with personally relevant communication metrics and the tools to achieve their unique communication goals. The metrics we currently offer are: share of voice, question rate, open question ratio, questions vs.statements, host and guest interruption rate.

  5. Summary - summary is specifically tuned to give an objective, complete representation of what took place in the meeting. Depending on the meeting mode, all users can see and edit the summary. Read more about it here.

  6. Actions - to help keep you focused on what matters in a meeting, our AI captures all of the agreed actions during your meeting. Depending on the meeting mode, all users can see and edit the actions. Read more about it here.

  7. AI lens - AI identifies if and when you've demonstrated key ICF competencies and gathers concrete evidence to support your application. Access to this feature is enabled by request. Learn more here or register for access by contacting support@ovida.io.

  8. Moments - central to what we do at Ovida. Our AI uses the same cues humans rely on recognising moments, but can do it at a scale and fidelity that humans simply cannot match. When our AI identifies a pattern that a skilled human observer would recognise as a moment, we tag it, and share it back to you. Learn more about different moments here. Additionally, rather than taking notes when these moments appear during the meeting, you now have the ability to create them discreetly by simply pressing the spacebar. Learn how to here.

  9. Moment type and More filters - Our new moment filtering process allows you to get quickly to the moments that matter to you and the comments connected to them. You can refine your search by filtering moments using these filters.

  10. Search bar - locate specific topics or words by conducting a search here. After entering the word, you'll see how frequently it's mentioned in the meeting (e.g., 1/33), and you can navigate through them using the up/down arrows.

  11. Feedback - in contrast to the My notes tab, this area is intended for comprehensive feedback but is visible to all participants. Your guests, mentors, supervisors, and observers can offer feedback here. Depending on the meeting mode, all users may have access to view and edit the feedback. Learn more about it here.

  12. My Notes - you can conveniently create your own private notes directly from the meeting interface. They are entirely private, so the host and the guest (and observers if there are any) have their own space to write down their thoughts.

  13. Practices - practice what you would like to do better next time. *coming soon*

  14. Settings - Edit your meeting mode, add/remove observer(s) or download the transcript, audio and video files from the settings menu. You can find it by selecting "" on the right side below the meeting video.
