Removing observers from meetings as a Team Owner or Team Admin

As a Team Owner or Admin, you can remove observers from meetings in your team.

As a Team Owner or Admin, you have the authority to remove observers from meetings initiated by your team members. This functionality is available on the Teams page.

This article relates only to Team Owners and Team Admins removing observer from meetings in their team.

If you were a meeting host, you can remove meeting observers from your meetings by following these steps.


Removing an observer from a meeting

If there’s an observer you no longer want to have access to someone’s meeting, you can remove them at any time. Once removed, they will no longer be able to view the meeting.

Navigate to the Teams page and choose a team you'd like to access. In the Meetings page, click on "x" next to observer's name and confirm it by clicking on the "Remove" button.
