Who can add a meeting observer?
A meeting host can add an observer to their own meeting
A Team Owner and Team Admin can add observers to any meeting assigned to their team
A guest can't add an observer to a meeting they participated in

Who can be a meeting observer?
Only team members from the team your meeting is assigned to can be added as observers. In addition, that team must have an active subscription. If the subscription for a team you belong to has expired, you won’t be able to add anyone as an observer.
How to add an observer to your meeting
Meetings page > Settings icon > More details > Observer > Choose a team member from the dropdown list
Note: both the host and the guest will receive an email notification that the observer has been added.
