A Skill can be assigned to more than one team in an organization.
When launching a Skill, you must choose the team it should be associated with.
Once the Skill is launched, it can only be shared with members of that team.
Every Skill clearly displays its team association. This makes it easy for you to understand who you can share this Skill with.
