Meeting guests do not need to have a paid subscription. They are automatically assigned a free Guest account when they are invited to join a meeting with a host. To ensure security, the host and any observers must be logged in to join a room, but guests can join without being signed up or logged in. Read more about it here.
If guests decide to register on the platform, they can do it at any time. That will allow them to access and control their recorded data after the meeting, as well as choose if their data should be deleted.
