Book your meeting and invite an observer. The observer will receive an email notification with a link to join the meeting.

Note: Host and observer(s) must log to join the meeting, while guests can join without signing up or logging in.

Observers can be added to multiple meetings happening at the same time. They can choose to join yours by clicking on "Join" button next to your meeting or from the drop down list "Join meeting with".

Both you and your guest will see a notification when the observer joins or leaves.

Observer's view allows simultaneous observation of both host and guest for better note-taking.

Observers can click to unmute and turn on camera to interact with the host and guest. When they do, the recording stops automatically to ensure the session analysis remains unaffected by their presence.

Observers can mute themselves and turn off camera to continue observing the coaching session

All participants (host, guest, and observer) can send and receive messages in the chat

Observer can leave the meeting by clicking on "Leave Meeting". They can rejoin at any time (until this meeting room is closed by the host). Observer leaving the meeting doesn't end the meeting for other participants. The meeting will end when the host clicks on "End the meeting" button and sends it to processing.

Chat history before observer's arrival will be available for context.

Session analysis remains unaffected by observers' presence or actions, as recordings will automatically pause when the observer goes live

The host can only resume recording once all observers are muted

Multiple observers can join the session and participate in Review and Training meeting modes.
