Change the meeting mode as a Team Owner or Team admin

Team members may occasionally create a meeting in a mode that doesn’t fit your team’s needs. In these cases, Team Owners and Team Admins can adjust the meeting mode for any meeting assigned to their team.

Please note that Team Owners cannot (re)assign meetings to teams - only the Meeting Host has the ability to allocate or reallocate a meeting to a team.


Change the meeting mode as the Team Owner or Team admin

  • Navigate to the Teams page

  • Click on the edit icon in column Mode to change the mode

  • Select the desired mode (Review or Train)

  • Confirm by clicking on Change mode


Warning

Be aware that changing the mode changes who can see the comments and moments, and potentially exposes confidential data. Change mode with caution, especially if your team members have already added comments and moments to a meeting.
