Sometimes a guest who gave consent for the host to record a meeting before it started changes their mind mid-meeting. That's ok, and it's important to respect their wishes. You can do just this, and retain their confidence, by discarding the meeting recording before it is processed by our AI analytics.

After clicking "End Meeting", the host will be presented with a choice:

  • Yes, End Meeting - initiates the processing of your meeting. Typically, it takes approximately one hour to process a one-hour meeting. Once completed, you will receive an email notification informing you that the processing is finished and your data is ready for review.

  • Resume Meeting - guides you back to your meeting.

  • Discard recording - discards the meeting recording before it is transferred to Ovida's database. We therefore also never process the session.

Selecting "Yes, End Meeting" or "Discard meeting" closes the meeting room. The host cannot return to it, and the guest will be notified that the room has closed.
