Filtering moments

Quickly locating the moments that matter helps you review meetings efficiently and provide targeted feedback.

Ovida’s insights are built around Moments - the key segments of a meeting where something specific and meaningful happens.

A moment could be a question, a pause, a shift in pace, or even a combination of these. Our analytics capture every word and every cue, then highlight them as moments so you can focus on what really matters.

When you review a meeting, you probably don’t want to go through every single detail. Instead, you’re likely searching for patterns, behaviors, or those standout moments that reveal the most. That’s where our moment filtering comes in - it helps you cut through the noise and jump straight to the moments that matter most to you.

There are three filters you can use

  1. Moment type - Search through the different types of moments detected

  2. Creator - filter by the person who created the moment (useful when someone adds an important moment that AI didn’t catch)

  3. Comment - show only moments that have comments attached to them.
