Where can I find my invoice?

If you have your own account and you receive an invoice each month, here is how to find it.

At Ovida, we understand how important it is for you to have easy access to your invoices. Whether you need them for your records, accounting purposes, or simply to keep track of your payments, finding your invoice should be quick and straightforward. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to locate the invoice we send to you after each transaction.

Check Your Email

After each purchase or billing cycle, we automatically send an invoice to the email address associated with your account. The email will usually have the subject line “Ovida invoice” to make it easy to spot. If you can’t find it in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as sometimes emails can end up there by mistake.

Access Your Account

If you can’t locate the invoice in your email, don’t worry - you can easily access it through your account. Simply log in with your credentials, and navigate to the User profile > Manage account > Billing and find the “Invoices” section. Here, you’ll find a list of all your past invoices, neatly organized by date. You can download any invoice you need directly from this section.
