Just like creating individual journeys, start by giving the template a clear name that represents the journey’s goal. Add steps, attach relevant learning resources and links, and customize the journey flow to suit your needs. Once it’s ready, publish it to the designated team. The template will then be accessible in the Library for team members to browse and launch.

We know you may need to update templates over time. Our editing template feature allows you to adjust steps, content, and links as needed. When you’re satisfied with the updates, publish the new version, which will immediately replace the old version in the team Library, ensuring members always have access to the latest content.

Members can search and browse available templates in the Library. Our preview feature allows for a quick scan of each template, helping users make informed decisions before launching a journey template for themselves or for others.
