Team members might have created a meeting in a mode that does not work for your team's use case. As a Team Owner or Admin you can resolve this by editing the meeting mode for any meeting that is allocated to your team. You can learn more about meeting modes here.
Note that Team Owners can't allocate meetings to teams - only the Meeting Host can do this.
As a Team Owner or Admin, to edit the meeting mode:
Navigate to the My Teams page
Click on the edit icon in column Mode to change the mode
Select the desired mode.
You can choose between 2 meeting modes:
Review: only the host and observer(s) can access the entire meeting analysis, feedback and comments.
Train: all users - host, guest and observer(s) can access everything.
To confirm, select Change mode.
Warning
Be aware that changing the mode changes who can see your comments and moments, and potentially exposes confidential data. Change mode with caution, especially if you have already added comments and moments to a meeting.
