How to update the usage cap?

Whether your team’s meeting activity has grown or you need to reduce usage, you can update your team’s usage cap at any time.

Where to find and edit the Usage cap?

  • navigate to the My Teams page

  • select your team

  • click on the Usage tab

  • set the usage cap as you wish

Note:

When specifying the number of hours (usage cap) available for your team, ensure that this amount exceeds the hours already used.

Your new cap will take effect immediately.


🔺 Increasing the cap

  • Your team members will immediately have access to the additional capacity, which means they will be able to schedule more meetings.

🔻 Decreasing the cap

  • If your team has already exceeded the new cap, your members will be restricted from creating new meetings until the cap is raised again.


How often can you make changes to the usage cap?

There’s no limit - you can update your cap as often as needed.
