The Team Metrics tab gives you more than just numbers - it tells the story of how your team communicates and grows together. Built for team owners and admins, it provides a clear, consolidated view that makes it easy to spot trends, celebrate successes, and identify where extra support can make the biggest impact.
Where to find it?

What you can do?
1. Switch between Team and Individual views
Easily toggle between Team and Individual views to see how the whole group is performing compared to each member.
Team view highlights overall trends and group dynamics.
Individual view helps you understand each person’s communication style and growth areas.
This dual perspective helps you highlight team achievements while nurturing each member’s development.
2. Turn the visibility of certain team members on/off
If you have a large team, it may feel overwhelming to look at everyone’s data at once in the individual view. To make it easier, you can simply turn the visibility of certain team members on or off by clicking on their names. This way, you can focus on just the people you want to compare and explore their metrics side by side - without distraction from the full group.
3. Track core communication behaviors
The tab displays the same evidence-based metrics you’ll find in your personal dashboard, but across the entire team:
These indicators are grounded in coaching science and aligned with the ICF PCC markers, showing not just what was said but how the communication unfolded.
4. Turn insights into action
These metrics aren’t about “scoring” performance - they’re about sparking reflection, learning, and growth. Use them to:
Give constructive feedback rooted in data.
Encourage behaviors that foster trust, openness, and collaboration.
Build accountability by tracking progress as a team over time.
