Using Zoom recordings with Ovida
We do not support the upload of Zoom recordings to Ovida as a standard service. Uploading third-party video recordings for AI analysis without the explicit, informed consent of every participant constitutes a breach of privacy laws in most jurisdictions and exposes both the uploader and their organisation to significant legal and regulatory risk.
We do, however, provide the capability to upload Zoom recordings at scale via our API for enterprise users who:
Have clear, auditable processes in place to secure informed consent from all meeting participants before uploading.
Have the necessary technical resources (e.g., a development team) to manage API-based automation.
If you meet these requirements and are interested in enabling this option, please contact us at support@ovida.org.
Ovida is dedicated to helping individuals master the communication skills that drive human-to-human performance in their specific context. Both the conversations themselves, and the learning process can be both private and profoundly personal. For this reason, we have built a video room suite that is distinct from your organisation's video call infrastructure.
Ovida's meeting rooms are controlled, hosted, recorded, and managed within our highly secure platform, allowing us to provide prviacy and security that no other video call product can match.
In addition, we record meetings in a proprietary format that enables us to optimise analytics. We can achieve more accurate transcripts and more granular anaytics than any other product specifically because of how our meeting rooms are constructed.
