For every meeting, there is an option to separately download:

To download these, navigate to the Meetings page and select the appropriate file to download by clicking on the ellipsis menu right next to that meeting and then on the file type from the Download column.

Note that to preserve users' privacy and data security, only the host always has the ability to download meeting files. However, it is possible that clients and observers download them, but that depends on the selected coaching mode. Have in mind that every download event is logged.
