Getting to know the Meetings page

All that you can find on Meetings page

The purpose of Meetings page is to present you an overview of all the meetings You can view all the meetings you have created, along with their details - whether they have already taken place or are scheduled for the future. This page can be accessed from the navigation menu on the left.

To make it easier to find a specific meeting, you can use the filter option located in the upper left corner.


Filter meetings

  • You can filter the meetings based on the role you had in the meeting (host, guest, observer)

  • You can filter the meetings based on their status

  • You can search for a meeting by entering the name or email

  • You can search for a meeting by entering the start and end date


Meetings list

  • All meetings are organised by the meeting date.

  • You can see the host, guest and an observer (if there is any) in a specific meeting

  • You can see the meeting status under the Status column:

    • purple, clickable "Join" - the meeting is ready to join

    • greyed out "Join" - the meeting is scheduled and will take place in the future ("Join" button becomes clickable when the meeting start time is in 5 minutes)

    • processing - this means that the meeting you had is being analysed and is not yet ready for review

    • view - this means the meeting you had has been analysed and is ready for review

    • missed - the meeting you have scheduled but missed

  • Settings - You can copy the link to an upcoming session to share with the other user, so that you can quickly join the session when it starts. You can also add it to your Calendar. If you want to change the meeting details or delete the meeting, click on More details to do so. You can also download the transcript, audio or video from the More details menu.
