As a host, it can be difficult to stay fully present and connected with your guest while also taking notes by hand. Trying to capture every action accurately often pulls you out of the natural flow of the conversation.
That’s why Ovida’s AI captures all meeting actions for you. Both host and guest actions are automatically analyzed and displayed separately in the Actions tab.
Visibility and editing
This is determined by the meeting mode.
Train mode - all users connected to a meeting (host, guest, observer) can view and edit the actions.
Review mode - only the host and observer can see and edit the actions.
Editing and saving
Easy. When editing, a user can either "save", which simply updates the actions, or "save and notify", which generates an in-app notifications to the other users.
