Some team members may only be part of a team account for a limited period - for example, while participating in a training program, course of study, or organizational project. When your association with that team ends, your access to the platform will automatically revert to your personal account.
Access rights after leaving a team
Once you are no longer part of a team account, your permissions and product access will depend on the type of personal account you hold.
If your personal account is a Free plan, you will lose the features and capabilities that were available through the team account.
This will include the ability to create new meetings, host sessions, observe meetings or practice skills - depending on what features were part of your team’s subscription.
To continue using these advanced features, you can upgrade to a Mentor plan at any time. This will restore access to the tools and privileges you previously enjoyed under the team account.
Your existing meeting history
Even after leaving a team, you will retain access to all past meetings you have participated in. This includes any meetings you:
Hosted while part of the team
Joined as a guest or participant
You will continue to be able to view these meetings and their related records from your personal account.
