A handy checklist to get you started on using our platform

Updated over 2 months ago

We know the first session is always the hardest so why not book a session with someone you know just to give it a try? It's easy.

Here's a checklist for you to get started.

Step 1

Ask a friend or family member to try the product with you! As a coach, you can invite anyone you want into the platform. By signing up and subscribing to one of our plans, you’ll kick off a 30-day free trial with 2 complimentary credits, giving you 2 full hours of analysis.

Step 2

When you have their email address at hand, you can continue to create your first session.

Step 3

Upon receiving an email invitation, your guest will have the flexibility to seamlessly join your meeting. They can either choose to log in beforehand or opt for the convenience of joining without logging in. Read more about guest joining the meeting without logging in here.

Step 4

Once you create the meeting, it will show up in your Home and Meetings page, and you simply have to press the Join button to join when the time comes. Video room will be available 5 minutes before the meeting start time. At this point, you can also join the meeting by selecting the "Join meeting with (user initials or profile picture)".

If your guest chooses to log in beforehand, it will appear in their Home and Meetings page as well. If they choose to join without logging in, once they click on the link from the email invitation, they will be prompted to the Meeting lobby where they can test their set up and join the meeting by pressing the Join button.

Step 5

When you're done with your session, you can choose to:

  • Yes, End Meeting - initiates the processing of your meeting. Typically, it takes approximately one hour to process a one-hour meeting. Once completed, you will receive an email notification informing you that the processing is finished and your data is ready for review.

  • Resume Meeting - guides you back to your meeting.

  • Discard recording - this action will immediately delete the recorded meeting, ensuring it never reaches our systems. All data from this meeting will be entirely erased.
