There are several reasons you may want to change the meeting mode:
you created the meeting in the wrong mode
you have been engaging in feedback with a guest in Coach mode, and now want to get feedback in private from an observer
you have been receiving feedback from an observer in Review mode, and want to engage in a separate discussion with your guest.
Who can change the meeting mode?
Meeting mode can be changed by the meeting host, or the Owner of the team to which the meeting is assigned.
Changing the meeting mode as the Meeting Host
1. navigate to the Meetings page
2. click the 3-dots menu icon and then select "More details"
3. Click on the Edit icon next to the Mode
4. To review the differences between the modes, simply click on each one to read its explanation. Once you've selected the mode you want, be sure to read the warning, then confirm your choice by clicking "Change Mode."
Changing the meeting mode as a Team Owner
Team members might have created a meeting in a mode that does not work for your team's use case. Team Owners can resolve this by editing the meeting mode for any meeting that is allocated to their team. You can learn more about meeting modes here.
Note that Team Owners can't allocate meetings to teams - only the Meeting Host can do this.
As a Team Owner, to edit the meeting mode:
Navigate to the My Teams page
Click on the edit icon in column Mode to change the mode
Select the desired mode. Be sure to read the warning, and select "Change Mode"
You can choose between 3 modes:

Be aware that changing the mode changes who can see your comments and moments, and potentially exposes confidential data. Change mode with caution, especially if you have already added comments and moments to a meeting.
