Once a meeting is complete, we begin processing it through our Stelios AI. This process usually takes around the 1/2 of the session length to complete, so around 30 minutes for a one hour meeting.

You will receive an email notification and an alert in the app when the meeting is ready to view.

You can see the status of your meeting on the Meetings page. When it is ready for review, the View button will appear. Click on it to land on the Meeting review page.

Meetings can sometimes be in a processing stage for longer than usual. This is typically caused by inadequate internet connection impacting the quality of the recording. Because we recognise that every meeting is important to you, we try to recover every meeting and this can cause delays in processing.
